The workshop hinges on a proprietary 5 A's of Conflict Resolution mnemonic. Case studies are tailored to the target audience incorporating the Social Cognitive Theory and other salient evidence-based frameworks and theories. The workshops are interactive and engaging also utilizing stories when appropriate.

Time frame is an hour. Half and full day workshops can also be provided that are tailored to the client's needs.
