Every day, we see the negative impact of urinary incontinence on our sisters, brothers, fathers, mothers, aunties, uncles, children, friends, clients, patients and this effect is sad! Financial constraints shouldn't hinder people receiving the care they need to treat urinary incontinence, a condition that does not discriminate in terms of age, ethnicity, sex, or socio walk of life. We would also want to eliminate the "ick" in urinary incontinence and High Intensity Focused Electro Magnetic (HIFEM) Therapy also known as pelvic chair is an example of an intervention to treat UI.  If democracy is by the people and for the people, we want to make HIFEM available by the people and to the people without financial constraints and affordable to ALL eligible individuals!
