Uterine Fibroid Management Consultation

Service Description

The consulting service is provided on a one-to-one, face-to-face, private session. This one hour session will provide: A preliminary 1 hour session of pre-assessment and history taking (in the privacy of the client’s home or a mutually determined location) and/or via Zoom. Evidence-based integrative (conventional and non-conventional) education/recommendations for treatment (e.g., medical, surgical, naturopathic, dietary) will be tailored to the client specifically based on the information provided by the client's blood work, ultrasound report, and client's wishes. Non-judgemental and undivided focused attention at the private consultation. Follow-up educational and holistic session as needed. Recommendations for interdisciplinary referrals also provided. Please note that the fee is $100 per hour. However Paypal fees of $3.98 will be applied if using Pay Pal . Hence total cost will be $104.12 for this service.
