WHAT- This course comprises 10 interactive videos that address the different advanced evidence-based principles of leadership, workforce development, organizational culture/climate, partnerships, and financial practices are addressed in interactive manners. -The Generation Gap Theory of its influence on the workplace is also addressed. Call-to Action steps are listed at the end of the video. PowerPoint slides are available. WHO- Employees, Front-line and senior leaders, and board leaders. Condition- No pre-requisites necessary but intro and advanced conflict resolution courses are highly recommended. Degree- Participants will acquire an intermediate/advanced level of conflict resolution skill to address, mitigate, and prevent conflict related to the advanced evidenced based principles and the Generations at work in the workplace. However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps.
