Service Description

WHAT- This course comprises 16 interactive videos that addresses the what, who, when, why, of strategy. In addition, application for this concept utilizes: -The Constellation Model - Alberta Human Rights, -Indigenous Affairs, -Our night time dreams as glimpses for business innovation, strategy, warnings, etc. Call-to Action steps are listed at the end of the video. PowerPoint slides are available. WHO- Front-line and senior leaders, c-level suite, and board leaders. Condition- No pre-requisites necessary but intro and advanced conflict resolution, and the business of health care courses are highly recommended. Degree- Participants will acquire an intermediate/advanced level of conflict resolution skill to address, mitigate, and prevent conflict related to strategic management (planning, execution, implementation). However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps.
