***Evening Services- Available in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 9pm***. I understand from a health care practitioner lens and a loving daughter the holistic health care needs of seniors and I'm here to give you hope :) I'll be happy to provide a comprehensive holistic (physical, mental, cognitive, social, cultural, & spiritual) assessment using evidenced-based frameworks/assessments from my experience as an advance practice nurse and help you navigate the system to get the best care that you need! *Enquire about the FREE volunteer "Adopt A Grandparent" program that tackles and remedies loneliness between the younger and older generations by matching them. ***Please note that you can also submit a receipt for this service for tax purposes as a medical expense as I am also a registered nurse.
