WHAT- This brief course address the what, who, when, how of risk from a financial and clinical lens. Call-to Action steps are listed at the end of the video. PowerPoint slides are available. WHO- Employees, Front-line and senior leaders, c-level suite, and board leaders. Condition- No pre-requisites necessary but intro and advanced conflict resolution courses and the business of health care are highly recommended. Degree- Participants will acquire foundational knowledge about and how to address risk. However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps.
