-This course is designed to be self-paced with interactive 8 videos on a weekly basis (for 2-3 months) with PowerPoint materials. Each video ends with a unique call-to-action. -Live Q and A sessions are available each month with the instructor. -A study workbook is also available. WHO- All industries can glean gems regardless of the hierarchy in the organization. WHAT- The participants will acquire easy and original memorable mnemonic to address the different types of conflict from interpersonal, task, process, system, and value conflict. Condition- No pre-requisites are required Degree- Participants will acquire an intermediate level of conflict resolution. However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps. A certificate is awarded upon request at the end of completion.
