WHAT- This course comprises 4 interactive videos that addresses the concepts of conventional and non-conventional health practices and the conflict (constructive, destructive, or both) that might arise in the workplace and in our personal lives. -A special video focuses on a tv series of analyzing conventional and non-conventional therapies and another features a discussion of both conventional and non-conventional health practitioners. Call-to Action steps are listed at the end of the video. PowerPoint slides are available. WHO- Employees, Front-line and senior leaders, and board leaders. Condition- No pre-requisites necessary but intro and advanced conflict resolution courses and the business of health care are highly recommended. Degree- Participants will acquire knowledge regarding some myths and facts as it pertains to conventional vs non-conventional therapies. However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps.
