Service Description

-This course comprises 4 videos with focus on process and system conflict. This course is designed to be self-paced with interactive videos on a weekly basis with PowerPoint materials. Each video ends with a unique call-to-action. -Live Q and A sessions are available each month with the instructor. WHO- Front-line and senior leaders WHAT- The participants will be able to apply an original memorable mnemonic to address the different types of conflict from process and system perspectives. Condition- Intro to Conflict Resolution Course required Degree- Participants will acquire an intermediate/advanced level of conflict resolution. However, results are based on participants actively employing the principles presented and actively implementing the applicable call-to-action steps. A certificate is awarded upon request at the end of completion.
