Service Description

Coaching and mentoring are accomplished using evidence- based principles, strength based, and cater to the personalized needs of the client. 1) I coach individuals in their personal and professional lives on how to deal with conflict effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner. 2) I am also a certified coach for the conflict resolution Hybrid Program with the Canadian International Institute for Applied Negotiation.
